Sometimes...
Too much of something is bad enough,
But, too much of nothing is just as tough,
I need to know the way to keep me satisfied...
I have to keep moving forward no matter the circumstances...
I can only keep PRAYING for God's strength to help me get through this...

Miserable AGAIN~!
Gosh knows how I'm drowning in misery right now! @#$%&^%$#@#$ (I'm not cursing, I'm just making faces! - if you know what I mean...)
I'm so dead bored I could see myself banging my head against the four walls of my apartment as my new favourite past time!
I've been living without internet for 2 weeks now since I came back to Brisbane!!!
Gosh, I'm so antsy, miffed and edgy!!! My life seem to have no purpose! - (yes, I may be exaggerating~ *roll eyes*) But still, I'm very restless! *&#$^*@$*&%#
And yes, that explains my long absence from Oopsie Daizies~!
I was so very excited to come back and blog bout my vacation back in Malaysia!
But I return only to feel dismay and frustrated! Uugghhh....
I still dunno when my internet will be back again... hopefully by the end of this week... *roll eyes*
(They've been promising us several times now, I'm not sure if I can trust this one!)
Nonetheless, I want my internet back SOON!!!
As for now, I'm using the librabry's... My affection for the library seems to be running dry these days...
Anyway, I just thought I update a note to explain my "missing-in-action"...
Other than that, everything is peachy, I'm back to my dearie Andrew, and life goes on, except for the fact that I'm still missing home! Don't think I'll ever recover from that... =(
Anyway, times up. And I need to go now.
Will try to update whenever I can....
I miss you guys back home so very much!!! Muakies~!!! xoxoxo

Homecoming Prep & CNY
My summer course has finally ended! Yeay~!
But, gosh knows how very few hours I've slept this week...
And how much caffeine I've consumed... (@.@)
More volcanoes are beginning to erupt around my forehead again.... SIGH~!
I'm gonna be so fugly when I get back home...
On the lighter note,
I'm flying back to Msia in 2 days time! Super YEAY-ness!!! I seriously SERIOUSLY can't wait! My long waited vacation!!! But I do wished I had a few days more to pack and shop for my souvenirs. I'm always the "Santa" when I get back home. Andrew kept reminding me not to over-pack or else my luggage will be over-weight again [like when was there ever a time when my luggage was never over-weight! (-_-")]
Anyway, I definitely got everything I needed in my shopping list. I was able to shop for a few essential stuff earlier this week, before my exam, and the rest I went full on for the past 2 days before I leave on the 6th! These are the few...
Baby clothes for my baby niece, Tisha~
And cute baby socks for Tisha too~!
[Hahaha... I just love shopping for baby stuff, they are all so tiny and so cute! And yes, I was trying to act kawaii... (-_-")]
The requested "Fragrance Soaps" for my mum~
(Mahal wei~! I'm so spoiling my mother)
And of coz, Twilight!!! This one is for me lah~ (^^)
And guess what?! I finally got a new digital camera~!!! CANON DIGITAL IXUS 8OIS
[I'm so not gonna act smart and start writing an advertorial here... =P]
I love photography, but I still have LOTS to learn about its technology... Camera is definitely an interesting gizmo. It captures the moment, and preserve it for all to see and appreciate - an awesome technology won't you say?? Some are complicated and needs the skills to master it, and no doubt some will even have you work your arse off to get one REALLY good one! Like everyone else, I've wished for a DSLR, but man, as for now, with my current financial state, I'm happy enough with a digital camera. And who says digital cam can't take good pictures huh???

I just needed to buy a digital camera really badly.... My old nikon is really in a bad shape, due to over-use! Haha... XD Sometimes I feel very *paiseh* (embarassed) to even take it out to use, coz' it seriously looks like it's falling apart! =P

The Canon Ixus was on offer at Harvey Norman's, and I think I got a pretty reasonable deal, AUS$238 (MRRP: AUS$299), and if I sign up online, I will receive a free Canon leather pouch for the camera, which I obviously have not done it yet, coz I was in a hurry to come back home to Msia, but will do that once I'm back to Brisbane.
I bought the light gold colour one, which they called it --> "CAMEL" (-_-") [Kinda weird for a colour name, though it kinda make sense, but why not call it "Champagne" instead? Sounds better don't you think?)
Anyway, I actually love the colour very much, I think it's unique and it gives a very expensive and luxurious look to it. Though it's only 8 MP, but I would have to say that it captures really good pictures. How good it really is? Well, you have to find out yourself with all the up-coming pictures in my blog then! =)

Okielah, I shall stop acting smart, coz' I don't really know much bout' cameras. So, if you're interested to know more bout the specifications for this camera, please click here.
Yeahlah, I've put on some weight lah... But I much like to think that I'm FUN SIZE and HUGABLE... =P
Anyway, I bought angpows from Fortitude Valley ("Chinatown"), one with Hello Kitty and the other one apparently is Hello Kitty's friend [according to Sandy] (".) Sorry, I'm not a huge fan of Hello Kitty, so I don't really know how many friends does Hello Kitty have. I just thought they look cute on the door of my room. (^^) It cheers me up during CNY... =)
I bought some CNY gifts for Aunty Lim too, you know the usual stuff: Dried Chinese Mushrooms, "Lap Cheong" (Chinese Pork Sausage), "Lin Kou" (Sticky Rice Cake) and other different stuff, like XO sauce and HK's famouse scallop noodles. Well, I hope she likes it. =)
I had a great dinner with Andrew's family, and I even got my 1st angpow from Aunty Lim! Weeee~!!! So you see, it's not that bad... =)
Afterall I will be flying off in a few hours time, and be home with my family and friends!!! I would also be able to enjoy the remaining days of CNY before it ends on around the 10th, I think??? So yeah, really looking forward to my vacation at home!

Having said that, I better get some rest now before my long journey to the airport tomorrow morning... So, hear from me soon from home! Tata~ (^^)
Awwwww.... I'm so gonna miss Andrew.... (T.T)

Now... as you all know, I wasn't home for CNY. So, how did I celebrate my CNY in Brisbane???
Well, good news. It wasn't as pathetic as I thought it was goin' to be. (^^) I've learnt to readjust my environment, and turn it all around to suit me. So yeah, I did have a 'very small' CNY thingy goin on... well, better than none at all rite???

In The Library...
Hola~ from the uni library! =)
Sigh... I'm currently sitting at my usual cozy corner in the Social Science Library in UQ...
Doing my final revision for my Business S&P exam tomorrow! TOMORROW!!!
I am a lil' freaked out right now, coz' I heard it's gonna be a rather tough one.
And I know I should be studying right now, but I really need a break now lah...
If I don't, I'm afraid my brain is gonna explode into beautiful pretty colorful confetti! Ahaks~!
Okie, sorry I'm side-tracking again... XD
I've been library-hopping in uni for the past few weeks now...
Never have known that I could be so attached to libraries! (0.0)
Hahaha... my 2nd home, I called it
Do I have a life or not??? Hahaha... you go figure lah!
Anyway, so bored in the library man, taking a break now,
but couldn't do anything else other than studying... (-__-")
I was not allowed to sing out of tune out loud...
Not allowed to blast the music and dance like there's no tomorrow...
Not allowed for celebrities impersonation...
Not allowed for a bubble bath,
Not even allowed to binge eating....
So, all I could do is this......... with my webcam.... XD
Facial Exercise

Hahaha... sorry, just couldn't help myself... XD
This time I am seriously getting back to work.
Anyway...

I'm OK!
Hehe... =)
I know I've been missing for sometime now since my last "emo" entry... Don't worry! I'm still alive and kicking! Not that "emo" liao... =P
Well I may seem not to be updating lately...
But, have you not notice the changes in my blog page yet??? *grins widely* Yeah, that's what I have been up to these past few days... It's a new makeover for a brand new year! So proud of myself okay. (^^) Though I know there isn't any drastic changes, coz' I wanna keep it simple anyway. But I almost got blind just reading the html codes I tell you! Yeahlah, it may be "peanuts" to many of you, but what to do??? I'm a hopeless retard when it comes to the world of computers and technologies... (-_-")
However, I'm not done yet though... (Aha! The greenhorn has bigger dreams! XD) I need to add a few more stuff and some more touch ups, which I'm gonna take my time and do it later, after I finish my report for my business policy and strategy course! YES~! I got a report due this week and I'm still constantly distracted by these htmls!!! *faints* Darn it! Someone please slap me out into reality!
And look what I'm doing here now, updating my blog...? (-_-") Hahaha... Nah, I just feel like updating lah~ *feeling the guilt*
Besides being carried away by codes and tags, I've been to the uni library pretty frequent too! Hahahaa... I've been so hardworking this summer ya! XD It's like my 2nd home loh! I know... I got no life.... =( Oh well, I dun darn care bout that, coz' guess what?! I'm going back to "the-land-I-was-born" this coming Feb!!! Mwahahahaa... which is like oh sooooooo soon loh! Seriously can't wait! I'll just be jumping for joy just thinking of it! (^^) I seriously need my ultimate Manglish vacation...!
Anyway, I've received 3 e-parcels today from Deals Direct! I've bought a few stuff online on their sites. Their pink packages are so cute~!

I heard of this site from Vanitha, my ex-housemate in Ipswich. Everything in the website are sold below the retail price (sometimes up to 50%) and it's all NEW! Not like the used or second-handed items you get sometimes on ebay.
They frequently have offers like clearance sales up to 70% discounts for the already below retail prices! Imagine that! As well as occasionally 'Free Shipping Sales'- which I think is very "tai". But depending on what you're looking for lah. You still can't really find EVERYTHING like gosh~ what junks and weird stuff you can get on ebay...
Anyway, wanna know what I bought??? Please don't laugh at me ar...

In each of the envelope is a stainless steel mouse-like thingy that helps to shave off the rough and dry calluses on your heels or any part on the soles of your feet. And you can just like shave of those dry skins like you shave the ice to make "ais-kacang" or grating cheese for your spaghetti, but instead of eating it, you throw it into the bin ya. XD I know I'm so disgusting!

Anyway, I constantly have dried skins on my heels, partly cause' I walk a lot (so poor, no car mah), and I often wear flip flops as opposed to covered shoes. You can say I'm lazy lah. Haha.. And besides, it's very airy and comfortable mah, and you don't get smelly feet! Hehe =P Okielah, I'm just lazy... I may be such a disgrace to all the shoe-lovers. Unless, someone wanna buy me a "foot spa"?! *twinkling eyes*
And you're wondering why I got 2 pairs, rite??? Well, I think it would be a perfect gift for Daddy-Loo~! He has very bad dried calluses on his feet. Guess it's in the genes! *Gasp* No~! I've grown up watching him using razors to scrap out all the dried skins... eekkz, I can still remember how I always get jello watching him do that. So now Daddy-Loo doesn't have to twist around and strain his eyes slicing off dried calluses and making sure it doesn't bleed! Now he can just relax on the couch, watch his favourite documentaries or football match and shave it all off! I mean his calluses - shave shave shave it all the way.... Sigh~ I'm such a thoughtful daughter hor~... (^^)
Okie, the 2nd item isn't as weird/funny/dodgy as the "calluses mouse shaver". It's a... err... let me check it again.... Oh! It's a "Film Scanner"! That's right, it scans the film... So "chun" rite...

The best thing about this is that, instead of getting the normal huge flat scanner, this one is totally mobile. It's quite small, you can bring it anywhere with you, and all you need is just a power point for it to work. And all the images will be saved into a SD card (not included, but heck it's super cheap right now to even get a 4GB card kay!] And then transfer the SD card and just save it in the computer or burn it into a CD! How convenient aye~!
I'm bringing this back with me too. There's like piles and piles of old family films in the house's drawers that may soon begin to grow mold or rot. (Hmmm... I wonder, does film actually rot???) Well, I thought during my holiday back home, I can help my family scan all these memorable photos into the computer and burn it all into a CD to preserve it for perhaps a few decades more? Hahahaa... I know I know... I'm such a genius! =P
Well, I guess I'm the only one in the family who cares bout all these things anyway... All they do is just give me a pat on the back... (-_-") *shrug*

It is small, but it's not AS small as how it's shown in this picture! But it still looks so cute! (^^)
Oh well, perhaps I will show you how I scan those films when I'm back there... ya?!?!
Okielah, that's all for now! I better get back to my report before my thoughts drift away again...
(T.T) I hate reading journals......
P/S: In case you were wondering bout' my increasing use of my manglish accent, and broken English in my blog.... Well, I'm just warming up for my "manglish explosion" when I touched down in Msia! Hehehe... It's always so "syok" to just release all the manglishness in me in full force! And then get responses in the real Msian way! Fuhyooo~ I really get the kick out of it!
Btw, I've always speak like that also lah in person! Blek~!
I know I've been missing for sometime now since my last "emo" entry... Don't worry! I'm still alive and kicking! Not that "emo" liao... =P
